We aim to ship all in-stock orders that require palletized items within 2 business days, sometimes sooner! Please allow additional time for assembled orders, or gondola orders as these require specialized packaging. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Notes:

• A physical address is required — no PO boxes or unoccupied addresses.
• Most orders ship from the nearest warehouse for faster delivery and reduced costs.
• Large items such as slatwall ship via common carrier and are curbside delivery only. Customers are responsible for unloading and inspection.
• Optional delivery services (e.g., liftgate, inside delivery) are available upon request. Contact us for estimates.
• You may request a specific carrier or supply your own bill of lading.

Freight Shipping:

Standard freight includes dock delivery only. Inside delivery and additional services are not included unless selected during checkout. All freight charges are the customer's responsibility.
